An essential part of our activity consists of advising family businesses. The focus here is often on complex future and succession planning. We have particular experience due to our many years of work for a family office integrated with us, for which we develop sophisticated contractual, corporate and tax law solutions.

In addition, we accompany companies from their foundation through their operational activities to the possible sale of the company. In addition to contractual, corporate and tax law issues, this often leads to industry-specific legal issues which we can deal with individually by providing comprehensive support in the development of the company.

When dealing with cross-border legal issues, we do not narrow our view to the respective national regulations, but take into account their interaction with each other. With such strategic questions, we are in a position to consider the respective national law to the extent necessary with its reflex effects on German law or on other home rights.
