Family Office

For years, we have successfully fulfilled the functions of a Family Office, in which a significant portfolio of assets has been built up since 2007. With our activities in the legal and especially in the tax law area, we have at the same time taken into account, for instance, the individual life planning of our clients and increased their assets.

Some of the successes of recent years stand out:

• Negotiation and management of two real estate investments, each in the double-digit millions, in Berlin with almost doubling their value to date,
• Real estate investments in Malibu, California, in the double-digit millions with encouraging economic results on the near future,
• Co-responsibility for securities investments and their management via banks with a volume of up to 100 million euros and a partial value increase of up to 84 % over the last 7 years,
• Activities as “business angel” in the development of young companies, partly through companies of one of our attorneys, for example:
  • Successful accompaniment of a company that is active in the field of applied construction services, in particular building protection work,
  • Establishment, development and support (including a mandate as Chairman of the Supervisory Board) of a successful company in the food industry, which has been active as a start-up since 2012 with economic market assertion worldwide, in particular in Germany, England and Poland with almost 100 employees,
  • Comprehensive entrepreneurial and legal support for a company in the field of water filtration since 2014, which is particularly active in Germany, the USA and Mexico. The support was also provided in the form of acquired debt, the breakthrough by the participation of an international group. In addition, two of our attorneys held positions of Chairman and Vice-Chairman on the Supervisory Board of the parent company as set up by us.
