Martin Baron von Bilderling has been aa attorney since 2018. He studied law in Göttingen and Bristol from 2007 to 2015. He completed his legal clerkship from 2015 to 2017 in Göttingen and Cologne.
Already during his studies, he focused on commercial and real estate law. During his legal clerkship, he worked, among other things, in the legal department of the asset management department of a listed insurance group and for a specialist lawyer for tenancy and residential property law.
Martin Baron von Bilderling’s activities in real estate law include the establishment and supervision of residential and commercial leases, the enforcement of interests in condominium law, and economic-legal advice on new construction and redevelopment projects.
His commercial law practice includes contract drafting, private construction law, and assistance with corporate acquisitions, including due diligence.
Martin Baron von Bilderling has experience in litigating disputes in and out of court, in particular in private construction law and inheritance law. This also includes the enforcement of obtained judgments.
