Helge Wilberg was admitted to the bar by the Munich Bar Association in 2024.
He studied law at the University of Bayreuth and at the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, specialising in employment and corporate law. He completed his legal training at the Bamberg Higher Regional Court, with placements in Bayreuth and Munich.
He initially practised as a solicitor in Munich before moving to Hamburg to join the law firm Dr Schwarz & Collegen.
His practice focuses on property law, in particular private construction law, property transactions, and tenancy and condominium law with national and international – particularly French – implications. In addition, he also deals with commercial and company law and general civil law. His work in this area encompasses the negotiation and drafting of contracts.
He advises and represents his clients both in and out of court throughout Germany and in other German-speaking countries.

Mr Wilberg is a member of the German Bar Association and the Munich Bar Association.
